The Primary Event

The call to tap into our Feminine Energy is louder than ever. Nurturing yourself allows you to stay connected to your "why". Being intentional in your rest and your joy allows to you to keep going when it all feels like too much. As women we carry the majority of the mental and emotional load at home, work, and often in other relationships too. It is heavy and we deserve to set it down from time to time. Join us for a special day that has been curated to nourish your mind, body, and soul. A day that will engage your senses and tap into the quiet corners that so often get ignored. A day where the only decision you have to make is to simply show up. We're taking care of everything else!

Who Is This For?

This day is for any woman who feels disconnected from herself and spread too thin. You're exhausted and would love a day to focus on yourself without worrying that you may be interrupted or pulled away. You're a mother, part of a blended family, a caretaker, or a business owner who has gotten so used to pushing the limits and sacrificing your own time and peace to keep all the plates spinning. Maybe you are in a job that takes a lot out of you and you're noticing the weekends aren't enough to recharge anymore. No matter what roles you embody, you deserve the opportunity to be nurtured and will be in excellent company!

The Good Stuff

We will start the day with a delicious lunch, followed by our opening circle. From there we will spend the day in community moving through intentional activities such as

Yoga, Group Brainspotting, Guided Sandtray, Cacao Ceremony, Soundbath, and more!

You'll end the day feeling restored, fulfilled, and with more peace. Step into the summer season refreshed and ready. We can't wait to pamper you!

From Previous Retreats:

"It was truly an honor to share the space Laura and Chantel curated. They planned a wonderful day of relaxation and intentional connection. Everything was presented with love and thoughtfulness. I left feeling so connected to myself and a larger collective. Thank you for everything you poured into this beautiful retreat!"

"A beautiful and well organized day for Self. A perfect combination of movement, reflection, and peace. A day to spend "souly" for the participants in moments typically dispersed to others. I left feeling refreshed,

happy, embracing intention. I slept better that evening than I had in years! I highly recommend this combo of amazing people to all!"

Speakers

Chantel Weeks, LPC

Chantel is an Oklahoma City based therapist who has spent over a decade supporting women, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual trauma. Her work is all about creating a place for all people to learn to come home to themselves. She integrates somatic approaches, including Brainspotting, to support deeper healing and reconnection with the body. In addition to her clinical work, she mentors other therapists and leads a collective for heart opening, quirky therapists that need support.

Outside of her work, Chantel is a mom office and a proud member of the ADHD club, so she understands the demands that come with holding the family together.

Laura Jacobs, LCSW

Laura is a therapist with over 20 years of experience providing therapy for teens and young adults, infertility counseling, perinatal and postpartum, and the challenges of motherhood. She uses an integrative approach including ACT and Brainspotting, to support clients in moving towards their values, goals, and a better understanding of themselves.

Laura has also worked in grant management which gives her the perspective of how systems work together and the impacts on the individual.

On her off time, Laura is a mom, stepmom, and wife. She loves to travel and can be easily convinced to spend a night out dancing to 90's hip hop and R&B.

Isabel Garcia

Izzie is a ceremonialist who has worked with different plant medicines of the earth. She is a steward of Mama Cacao and Grandfather tobacco.

Weaving Mexica practices from her ancestral home Mexico she implements these sacred indigenous practices into her ceremonies. Combining ancient wisdom and modern practices that build community centered around the heart. She strives to create a space of openness, safety, love and reverence in her ceremonies.

Lisa Schoelen, LPC

Lisa is a licensed professional counselor and board approved supervisor in the state of Oklahoma. She has experience in hospice care, community mental health centers, university settings, and now has a private practice in Oklahoma City. Lisa's work is centered on resilience and walking alongside clients as they work through the impacts of trauma and relational wounds.

Lisa is a connoisseur of books, coffee, and deep connections. She is an avid fan of sunset, trees, round things, and words. She grew up attending summer camp annually and gives credit to those experiences for her deep love of nature and the discovery of one’s ever-evolving sense of self.
